By purchasing access to TU, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content, resources, and community features that cannot be returned.

However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion, and must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Approved refunds, if any, will result in the immediate removal of mentorship or membership status.
